A handheld Nexus operator interface that brings control close to the machine. Omega combines a touchscreen with a jog stick for direct movement control, plus E-stop and Go buttons and ergonomic handles. It can also serve as the system backup when needed.
A Nexus computer mounted behind a 27-inch monitor using its VESA mount, keeping the desktop clear. Client PC handles cue information and sends commands to the system, or serves as a live system backup. Its fan-cooled, 3D-printed housing includes USB-C, HDMI, and network connections.
A Nexus subsystem controller that sequences up to 10 discrete field devices. It translates console cue sequences into executable commands, distributes them to its drives, and monitors for errors so the system can scale to the needs of the production.
A Nexus subsystem controller with 24V power injection for up to 10 devices and 25 control channels via Modbus TCP. Proprietary Axisafe+ cables carry both power and data, simplifying field infrastructure and reducing cabling.
A Nexus motor controller that receives and executes operator commands, monitors field position through a PID loop, and continuously checks for errors to provide real-time field conditions. Its 3HP servo motor control is tuned to match the mechanical device technology.
A Nexus motor controller for larger servo-powered machines, providing 10 HP motor control at a 208V supply. EMD-320 builds on the EMD-160 platform in a 4U enclosure that fits a standard 19-inch rack. Its front panel includes indicator lights and a circuit breaker.
A rack-mounted power distribution module for Nexus control systems. PentaPak supports 400A passthrough at 208VAC three-phase and is locally fused for 125A. It provides power for five motor drives, auxiliary 120V outputs, and individual output breakers in a standard 19-inch rack.
MIM-100 connects Nexus to EmTech machinery or existing machines, distributing power and data while handling field I/O such as sensors and limit switches. It streams encoder data back to the system and links the drive to field devices through a custom aluminum enclosure.
AIM-100 connects Nexus to an I/O axis. It distributes low-voltage power and data, handles field I/O such as sensors and limit switches, and streams feedback to the system. It can connect to EmTech low-voltage devices, valve stacks, and existing machinery.
